Service Officers provide basic information and assistance to veteran's needing help. In most cases, they are directed to The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for benefits or other services.
Service Officers are reminded that another source of assistance that is sometimes over-looked, is the Georgia Department of Veteran's Services. Counselors are provided at 48 state field offices for filing and tracking VA claims. Veteran's assistance for jobs exists under the state's Operation Workforce. Information is also provided about the Georgia Veteran's Nursing Home and memorial cemetaries. This information can be found by searching the web or Googling the "Georgia Department of Veteran Services" website.

Helping our fellow veterans is our No. 1 goal.
